Floral Classes

Class bookings are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person with advance notice. If a class must be rescheduled or canceled by Flora Haus, participants will be notified and offered a credit or reschedule option.

Bloom Bar & Event Bookings

Bloom Bar and event services require advance booking and confirmation. Event details, including date, time, and location, must be finalized prior to service. Cancellations or changes must be made within the timeframe outlined in your booking agreement.

Flower Subscriptions

Flower subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan. Changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Subscriptions are subject to availability and seasonal variation.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. If there is an issue with a recent order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can address your concern.
