Cancellation Policy
Floral Classes
Class bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another person with prior notice. If a class is canceled or rescheduled by Flora Haus, you will be offered a credit or the option to reschedule.
Bloom Bar and Event Bookings
Bloom Bar and event services require advance booking. Cancellations or changes must be made according to the terms outlined in your booking agreement. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Flower Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis based on the plan selected. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription prior to the next billing cycle. Requests made after billing has occurred will apply to the following cycle.
Orders
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to the custom nature of floral designs.
